情境一

當有counterparty要你確認某件事，而你又沒那麼自信確認時，你可以：

Counterparty: Kindly refer to below on the [xxx]. Do let us know otherwise should there be any changes.

你: Agreed [xxx]. It might be worth double checking with XXX if they agree as well just so everyone is on the same page.

情境二

當客戶催促swift completion，而你又剛好proceed好，正在等另一個party回復，你可以：

以下是互相踢球球email～～～

1st day

Client: This is a very urgent request, can you complete this ASAP? Thanks for your immediate attention.

Counterparty A: Hi 你, believe this is handling from your side and please advise revert on the status.

你: This is under final remediation, and we would target to xxx today.

2nd day

Client: We appreciate if you can expedite the process to get it done today. Thanks for understanding.

你: It's now with Counterparty A. We will follow up closely and priotise this for completion asap.

Counterparty A: Well noted on the urgency of xxx and will revert shortly.

Counterparty A: Please refer to xxx attached. Nothing pending from Counterparty A's end.

Client: All, I received confimation that it has been completed, thanks.
